Marathon Xtreme Game Truck TERMS and CONDITIONS are as follows:

 

 

 A booking deposit of 50% is required at time of booking with the balance due 14 days prior to your event.

         

All deposits and fees paid to Marathon Xtreme Game Truck are non-refundable if cancellation occurs within 14 days of your booked date. Due to the popularity of our service, we cannot issue any refunds after that time. Our drivers and Game Coaches do not have any ability to assist you in regards to your payments. In the event that a customer requests a postponement and date change and it occurs within 14 days of your booked date, any deposit payments paid are non-refundable regardless of the new date chosen and the balance due payment is required at the time of making the date change request.

     

All Services are provided as is. While we have many great multiplayer games available we cannot have every game on board. If there is a particular game you are interested in please advise us at least two weeks in advance and we will endeavor to have it. Our goal is to have as many multiplayer games that we can and therefore we typically do not carry single player games on board. 

      

If you choose to bring in your own game(s), or a game that is not currently included on board, you do so at their own risk. We are not liable or responsible for these game(s).

       

If you choose to bring in your own game profile(s), you do so at their own risk. We are not liable or responsible for these profile(s).

          

Not all games are suitable for all ages. It is up to the parents and guardians to determine what games our guests are allowed to play and are not allowed to play. If our Game Coaches have that information they will be able to assist you in ensuring the age appropriate games are being played.

       

      

Pictures: Game Coaches may take pictures of your video game party and email this picture to you. This picture will be branded and is intended as a keepsake of your party plus gives you an opportunity to share the pictures with other party attendees and on social media. There is no extra charge for this.

   

While your party is in effect, the Game Coaches may be taking pictures of the party from inside the trailer. We may use these photos on our Social Media sites such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and others and/or our web site.   If you do not want our Game Coaches taking these pictures or posting them please contact us prior to the party or let the Game Coach know immediately upon our arrival.

   

It is up to you to ensure there is adequate space available to park our Marathon Xtreme Game Truck  video game center at or nearby your location. Our units are approximately 40 feet in length and there needs to be room to allow our drivers to safely park and operate the center. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to park at or near your location. Our drivers will make the final determination of the final parking location.

       

Marathon Xtreme Game Truck is a mobile vehicle that is subject to and limited by road and traffic issues, weather, accidents, collisions and/or incidents. While every effort will be made to allow for appropriate travel timing, we cannot guarantee that the vehicle can or will arrive on time or within the time allotted for your booking. In most cases we can adjust our timing to ensure the full booked time is given however it may not always be possible to do so.

If Marathon Xtreme Game Truck must cancel your booking due to an issue on our end, we will attempt to re-book your event at a future time. If that is not possible then a full refund of amount paid may apply.      

 

All guests use our Services at their own risk.  Marathon Xtreme Game Truck, and its employees, staff, operators, contractors are not responsible if you or one of your guests uses our services and has an issue or injury.

    

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF MARATHON XTREME GAME TRUCK, AND ITS STAFF, OPERATORS, CONTRACTORS, SUPPLIERS AND DISTRIBUTORS, FOR ANY CLAIMS UNDER THESE TERMS, INCLUDING FOR ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID GAMERS FUN TRUCK TO USE THE SERVICES.

If you are using our Services on behalf of a business, that business accepts these terms. It will hold harmless and indemnify Marathon Xtreme Game Truck and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claim, suit or action arising from or related to the use of the Services or violation of these terms, including any liability or expense arising from claims, losses, damages, suits, judgments, litigation costs and attorneys’ fees.

We may modify these terms or any additional terms that apply to our Services to, for example, reflect changes to the law or changes to our Services. Changes will not apply retroactively and will become effective immediately after they are posted. 

We recommend booking as soon as possible to ensure availability.  Marathon Xtreme Game Truck books up fast.  Prepare to book up to 3 months in advance to ensure your desired date.
